Our information and events are featured in the "Generations" section of THE RECORD on the last Wednesday of the month and in the "Senior Corner" section of the Wilkes Journal-Patriot on the first Wednesday of the month.

Radio:

Every Tuesday and Friday at 7:30am join us on WKBC AM800 for the "Wilkes Senior Moment".

Go to www.wilkeslive.com and register as a user there. Once you are registered, join the group, "Friends of the Wilkes Senior Center". Every time we publish an update of senior center events, you'll get an email from the group notifying you of the latest from the Senior Center.

The Wilkes Senior Center is here to offer support and encouragement for the senior population of Wilkes County, NC. We are committed to providing older adults access to continued education, activity, and the tools that will allow for these to be some of the best years of their lives.

We have a vision for a "Senior Center without walls", which means that we are actively taking the heart of the senior center out into our community.
